COMMERCE, GA – Despite a sluggish start in the 2010 NHRA Get Screened America Promod Challenge, Tim Tindle, driver of the Tindle Racing Promod Mustang, is quite acquainted with Atlanta Dragway and is optimistic heading into this weekend’s Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals.

“We have a lot of confidence with Quain Stott tuning and calling the shots,” said Tindle.  “Things have not been in our favor for the past few races, but it’s time to turn this season around this weekend.  We are constantly changing things and we know there’s a small learning curve there.  But, we are sorting out things and getting a handle on them. I think you will really see progressive improvements over the new few races.”

Heading into this weekend’s event, Tindle stands in the No.10 position and is one of a handful of drivers to qualify for all three events held in 2010

Tindle hopes the struggles of three first round losses in the last three races are behind him and he will regain the performance.

Ed Murdock Ford will be providing the Tindle Racing team with a support vehicle during the NHRA Southern Nationals.  Murdock takes pride in providing North Georgia and South Carolina with the largest selection of Ford, Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler vehicles.
